SISTAR says “How Dare You” for Inkigayo comeback


After a few earlier setbacks due to the unexpected Yeongpyeong Island shelling and other events, SISTAR have finally made it back on stage with their new single, ‘How Dare You‘!
Their new song is lively and upbeat with an insanely addictive melody – one could easily predict this to be another hit in the making for the producing master, Brave Sounds!

T-ara makes a “YaYaYa” comeback on Inkigayo


Having released their new music video for “Yayaya” along with their mini-album earlier this week, T-ara has finally made their official comeback on Inkigayo!
Produced by hit maker E-TRIBE, “Yayaya” features an addictive rhythm, complemented by refreshing lyrics. They also performed “Why Are You Being Like This” as well.

SBS returns with another weekly edition of Inkigayo, and it promises to be another fun and exciting show filled with amazing performances from the top singers in Korea.
The Take 7 nominees were PSY (‘Right Now‘), KARA (‘Jumping‘), B2ST (‘Beautiful‘), 2AM (‘You Wouldn’t Answer My Calls‘), S.M. The Ballad (‘Miss You‘), Orange Caramel (‘A~ing♡‘), and Taeyeon and The One (‘Like A Star‘). All performed except for PSY and Taeyeon and The One.
With SNSD maxing out their quota with their three wins last week, we had a new winner today, and it was none other than B2ST who wins their first-ever Inkigayo Mutizen award with ‘Beautiful!

Congratulations to them!

Other performers included KARA, 2AM, S.M. the Ballad, B2ST, Orange Caramel, KCM, Lisa, Brian, Yang Dong Geun, VNT, Bohemian, Seon Duk, and Ha Hyun Gon Factory.

Music Core performances from December 4th





Co-Ed says goodbye with “Too Late” & “Bbiribbom Bberibbom” on Music Core
Rookie group Co-Ed wrapped up their debut dual track promotion on MBC’s “Music Core” this week by performing “Too Late” and “Bbirbbom Bberibbom.”
Co-Ed is saying goodbye due to the return of their labelmates, T-ara, and they will be returning in February of 2011 with their next album release. Until then, a few of the members will be branching off into acting and MC activities to keep themselves active.
Member Hyoyoung will not be performing in the goodbye stage due to her ankle injury.

U-Kiss says goodbye with ‘Shut Up’ on Music Core
After what seemed like a long while since their last goodbye stage, the U-Kiss boys wrapped up their promotions for “Shut Up” on the December 4th episode of Music Core.
They have certainly put on great performances over the course of their promotions, and their fans are loving every minute of it.
But good things have to end someday, so let’s enjoy their goodbye stage today.

S.M. The Ballad debuts on Music Core with “Hot Times”
Having released their title track, ‘Miss You’, last month, SM Entertainment’s project quartet, S.M The Ballad, has finally made their debut on Music Core!
Consisting of Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, TRAX’s Jay, SHINee’s Jonghyun, and rookie Jino, the group performed another track from their new album, ‘Hot Times‘, instead of ‘Miss You‘.
This urban soul track has an R&B base that fits well with the rhythmical sound of the vocals. This love song is about thinking preciously of all the time able to be spent together and to never test one another.

B2ST performs a special Winter stage on Music Core with ‘Beautiful’
B2ST have been successfully capturing the hearts of their B2UTY fans for the past few weeks with their new title track, ‘Beautiful‘, from their recently-released 4th mini album.
On this week’s episode of Music Core, B2ST were able to have a special stage to kick start the countdown until Christmas. Their sweet love song matched well with the Christmas spirit, and they performed with their utmost energy and excitement.

SNSD says goodbye with ‘Hoot’ on Music Core
Having made a return at the end of October, the SNSD girls will be wrapping up promotions for their ‘Hoot‘ mini album through the December 4th episode of Music Core.
Despite centering their promotions in Japan for the second half of 2010, the SNSD girls have proved that they have not lost their touch in Korea, as their title song, ‘Hoot’, has swept music charts while claiming a truckload of #1 trophies on Music Bank and Inkigayo.
So check out their ‘Hoot’ performance one last time before they say goodbye.
This was pre-recorded from last week. The girls are currently in Japan for the FNS Music Festival.




After a break in transmission last week due to the “16th Asian Games” broadcast (although recording still went on), MBC’s Music Core has returned today with a fun and exciting show!
On today’s show, SNSD, Co-Ed and U-Kiss had their goodbye stages, while SISTAR made a comeback. Meanwhile, S.M. The Ballad made their debut while BS2ST had an early countdown to Christmas with their special outdoor Winter stage.

SNSD ‘Hoots’ 5th straight K-Chart win on Music Bank + other performances




Hyun Woo and Kim Min Ji sing ‘Nagging’ for Music Bank inauguration

 December 3rd marked a brand new beginning for Music Bank, as they ushered in their new MC team ofHyun Woo and Kim Min Ji.
Originally scheduled to debut last week, they finally debuted on today’s Music Bank as they put on a special MC stage by performing IU and Seulong’s hit single, ‘Nagging.’
After finishing their performance, Hyun Woo stated, “I’d like to thank the singers for supporting our first stage. We were able to greet our viewers through this song. Although I’m nervous, I’m glad to be able to stand in this position as the MC.”
Kim Min Ji added, “Viewers, we promise to lead ‘Music Bank’ as great MCs.”

Untouchable comes back with ‘Make a Fuss’ on Music Bank

Despite their song failing a review by KBS for its song lyrics and MV, the group’s agency re-submitted a modified version just in time for their comeback performance on Music Bank.
The song is lively and upbeat with an insanely addictive melody – one could easily predict this to be another hit in the making for the producing master, Brave Sounds!

T-ara makes a “YaYaYa” comeback on Music Bank
Having released their new music video for “Yayaya“ along with their mini-album a couple of days ago, T-ara has finally made their official comeback on Music Bank!

KARA makes a “Jumping” return on Music Bank
Following their huge success with various singles and albums in Japan for the last few months, KARAhas finally returned to Korea to greet their fans with their new single, ‘Jumping‘!
Despite having a minor setback due to their over-exposing outfits for the title track, the girls stood on stage confidently and successfully performed their comeback stage on Music Bank.
Along with ‘Jumping’, KARA also performed another song from their mini-album, called ‘Burn‘.

The girls were away in Japan and were unable to claim their trophy but a big congratulations to SNSD!

Performances from Mnet’s ‘M Super Concert’





This will be the third and final week in which Mnet will not air a new episode of their weekly music show, M! Countdown, as they aired ‘M Super Concert‘ in its place instead.

The concert, which was held on November 25th, was organized and sponsored by SK Telecom and RIM in commemoration of the release of the new BlackBerry Pearl 3G in Korea.

Performing artists include:
