Mnet’s M! Countdown is back with another episode of great performances and musical treats.
Besides the usual stages, there were debuts for Block B, A Pink, and Lita, while CNBLUE put on a special stage as a treat for winning consecutive #1s over the past three episodes.

It was a battle between Big Bang, Rainbow, and 4minute for the #1 spot on M! Countdown today, and in the end, it was latter who grabbed the win amidst much tears tonight.
Congratulations to 4minute on their first win since making a comeback!
Other performers who stood on stage included Handsome People, Lee Hyun, Go Eun, Ye Ara, Girl’s Day, Brian, Tony An, Wheesung, Mighty Mouth, Jung In, Yangpa, Clover, and Na Yoon Kwon.

CNBLUE celebrates M! Countdown triple crown with special stage
Having won for three consecutive weeks on M! Countdown, CNBLUE gave a one-of-a-kind performance on today’s episode of “M! Countdown” to commemorate that achievement!
In celebration of the joyous feat, the boys put on a special performance for their fans today, one that has never been seen before on other broadcast channels. As they felt that “Love Girl” fit best with the warm spring weather, the boys gave a sweet stage performance, which was followed by “Lie“.

A Pink debuts on M! Countdown
Cube Entertainment’s new family member, ‘A Pink’, finally made their debut on today’s episode of Mnet’s “M! Countdown“!
Comprised of seven members, the girls utilized their innocent and sweet looks to recreate the elf-like image their seniors S.E.S. and Fin.K.L. were famous for back in the 90s. Although their concept may seem simple upon first glance, the girls make up for it in talent.
Their title track, “I Don’t Know“, was composed by hitmaker Super Changddai and features a classic melody unlike other idol music in the market. With their smooth vocals and cute choreography points, the girls are definitely rushing into the spring season with this sweet track.

Lita makes her ‘Who Cares’ debut on M! Countdown
We reported earlier about a Thai singer called Lita who released her first single album, “Who Cares“, last month, and she has finally made her debut on Mnet’s M! Countdown this afternoon.
Her title song “Who Cares” features a chic charm with Lita’s powerful vocals and a triple beat. The added effect of the synth sounds further creates an atmosphere of high tension that captivates listeners into addiction. The repetitive melody of the powerful chorus will surely leave an amazing impression.

Block B debuts with ‘Freeze’ on M! Countdown
Back in February, veteran rapper/producer Cho PD announced that he was going to unleash a new boy band named Block B. The boys trained with some of the biggest names in the hip hop scene like Verbal Jint and Rhymer before finally debuting on today’s episode of “M! Countdown“!
The seven member team is led by main rappers Zico and Kyung, “Birth of a Great Star” contestant and main vocalist Taeil, sub-rapper P.O., and sub-vocals Jae Hyo, U-Kwon, and B-Bomb. Their debut album was produced entirely by leader Zico and Kyung.
Having seen their debut stage reduced to just 2 minutes on Inkigayo last week, Cho PD tweeted before today’s performance that it would also be the same on M! Countdown. He tweeted, “They said that the boys’ M! Countdown stage will be cut down again today. I’m upset of course, but I’m more hurt over the BBCs that will be disappointed. I’m sure that if Block B shows the best stage they can today and that BBC helps them get more known, they will one day be able to perform two, even three tracks.”
Their title track, “Freeze“, is an electronic hip hop track that aims to showcase the talent of each and every member. Check out their debut stage below!
