Mnet’s M! Countdown is back with another weekly fun-filled music show and awesome performances.
TEEN TOP’s Niel and INFINITE’s Woohyun were the main MCs for today.
It was a battle between G.NA and Kim Soo Hyun (OST Dream High – “Dreaming“) for the #1 spot on M! Countdown today, and in the end, it was G.NA who got her second consecutive win on the show.
Congratulations to G.NA, who was joined by SECRET for her encore stage!
Other performers included IU, Lady Jane, HAM, Ye Ah Ra, DOZ, Dalmatian, Lee Jung, Kan Mi Youn, Jewelry, 5dolls, Flower, Kim Bo Kyung, Lee Hyun, INFINITE, and TEEN TOP.
SECRET says goodbye on M! Countdown
After promoting for slightly close to 2 months, the SECRET girls will draw a close to their “Shy Boy” promotions starting with today’s Mnet’s M! Countdown episode.
The girls attained remarkable achievements this time around, with a three week hit on KBS’s “Music Bank“, a Mutizen win on SBS’s “Inkigayo,” and a win from “M! Countdown“. Unlike most songs which lose popularity towards the end of a promotion cycle, SECRET’s “Shy Boy” is still doing strong on the charts, demonstrating the song’s undeniable power.
Fans of SECRET need not wait long as member, Ji Eun is set to release her solo single on March 3rd and begin promotions subsequently. So stay tuned for more on her solo debut.
Meanwhile, SECRET is poised for a return as early as April.

Yamashita Tomohisa says the “Party Don’t Stop” on M! Countdown
Since last week’s announcement that Japanese idol heartthrob Yamashita Tomohisa was going to perform on this week’s M! Countdown, fans have been waiting with much anticipation.
The leader of NEWS was in town to plug his album release, “SUPERGOOD, SUPERBAD“, on March 2nd, and also his two day Korean concert on April 16th and 17th at the KBS 88 Gymnasium.
The moment fans have been waiting for has finally arrived, as Yamashita Tomohisa performed an electrifying stage for his hit song, “Party Don’t Stop“!
It’s MBLAQ “Again” on M! Countdown
Having just released their repackaged album, “BLAQ Style – 3D Edition“, the MBLAQ boys kicked off a new wave of promotions on this week’s Mnet’s M! Countdown.
Their follow-up track, “Again“, is a mashup between electronica, hip hop, and R&B, which features a strong, synthetic melody with a fast and impressive beat, allowing the members to break away from their past sensual images from their “Cry” and “Stay” performances to showcase their stronger and more masculine sides.
Fortunately for fans, Mir made his return to the stage after temporarily resting from his herniated disk injury earlier in the month. With the group back on their feet as the dynamic five once more, fans can now sigh in relief and enjoy MBLAQ’s powerful and synchronized choreography for their new song.
