
Mnet’s M! Countdown is back with another weekly fun-filled music show and awesome performances.
From this week, M! Countdown started anew with a brand new presentation and voting system with their two new hosts, Tony An and Shin So Yool.

Besides the usual performances, SS501’s Kim Hyung Jun began his solo promotions, while Big Bang made their grand comeback. Elsewhere, John Park and Steve Barakatt collaborated for a special stage, Davichi’s Lee Hae Ri got back on stage again, and G.NA began her follow-up song promotions.
It was a battle between Big Bang, MBLAQ and IU for the #1 spot on M! Countdown today, and in the end, it was Big Bang who got their second straight win. Unlike last week, the boys were present to receive their trophy this time around. Congratulations to Big Bang on their win!

John Park & Steve Barakatt perform “My Funny Valentine” on M! Countdown

On today’s episode of M! Countdown, former “Superstar K2” contestant, John Park, made a comeback to the small screen with world renowned pianist, Steve Barakatt.
The two first met when John Park attended Steve Barakatt’s ‘White Day‘ concert as a guest performer. They promised to work together once more, and kept the promise today with their duet performance of “My Funny Valentine.”

Big Bang returns “Tonight” on M! Countdown

The Big Bang boys are finally back after a long hiatus, as they made their comeback on the M! Countdown stage this week with a special double song performance from their new album!
Like the earlier ‘The Big Bang Show‘ and ‘Big Bang TV Live,’ their M! Countdown comeback was another thriller, as they performed a soulful stage for ‘Cafe,’ and their title track stage for ‘Tonight.’

Davichi’s Lee Hae Ri sings “Can You Hear Me?” on M! Countdown

Davichi’s Lee Hae Ri is currently playing the leading lady in the popular musical, “Tears of Heaven“. She’s co-starring alongside JYJ’s Kim Junsu and Brad Little, and her vocals have been praised for its sweetness and depth since the musical started playing in theatres.
Having released the track, “Can You Hear Me?“, from the eponymous musical earlier this week, Lee Hae Ri performed on today’s M! Countdown and showcased her soaring vocals.

Kim Hyung Jun debuts on M! Countdown with “oH! aH!”

By joining forces with Korea’s hit producer, E-TRIBE, Kim Hyung Jun’s urban R&B track, “oH! aH!,” will certainly have fans exclaiming ‘ooh!‘ over the exciting serenade of love.
